Lodgesons Ltd ("Lodgesons", "we", "us") only collects personal information in two places on this website: when you submit an enquiry through our contact form, and when you register a product for warranty. We use that information solely to respond to you, support your product, and administer your warranty. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.

Information we collect
We only collect personal information when you actively submit one of the two forms on this site.
Contact form
When you send us an enquiry via our contact page, we collect:

- Phone number (optional)
- Enquiry type (e.g. driver, installer, driving instructor)
- The message you send us
Warranty registration form
When you register a product for its 3-year warranty, we collect:
- Full name and postal address
- Email address and phone number
- Product model, serial number, and installer name
- Date of installation
- How you heard about us and how the system was purchased
- Optional product satisfaction feedback and comments
That's it: we don't use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we don't collect any personal information from you simply by browsing the site.
Why we collect your information
- To respond to enquiries sent through our contact form
- To activate and administer your 3-year product warranty
- To provide product support if you contact us about a registered item
- To understand, in general terms, how customers hear about and choose our products, so we can improve them
How your information is processed
Both forms on this site are handled by Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which securely delivers your submission to our team by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes. We don't share your information with any other third party, and we never sell it.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact form enquiries for as long as needed to resolve your query, and warranty registration details for the duration of your 3-year warranty plus a reasonable period afterwards, in case you need product support.
Your rights over your data
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict how we use your information
- Request a copy of your information in a portable format

Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log basic technical request data (such as your IP address) purely to serve the font files. This is standard for any website using web fonts and isn't used to identify or track you.
